Should I pre-register?
We strongly recommend you pre-register to save time and money.  On-site registration is available, but the fastest and easiest way is to PRE-REGISTER ONLINE If you are unable to pre-register online, you can also fill out the hard copy registration form (available as a PDF on the website-www.nationalpavementexpo.com/npe) and fax or mail it in. Please allow two to three weeks for data entry. Don’t forget – register early and save money!

I pre-registered. Will my badge be mailed to me?
No, your badge will not be mailed to you. Please pick up your badge at the ‘’Will Call’’ counter at the show.

Do I have to register for the exhibit hall if I’m attending the workshops/seminars?
Yes, you must sign up for the Exhibit Hall if you plan to attend any workshops/seminars.   Choose the ‘’Conference & Exhibit Hall’’ option during registration.  The total fees include both the exhibit hall and workshop/seminar fees. This can be done either online prior to the show, or on-site. The discount deadline is January 14, 2010.

Can I attend the exhibit hall only?
Yes, entrance to the Exhibit Hall is $15 in advance or $25 at the door. You need  to register for an Exhibit Hall badge in order to gain admittance. This can be done either online prior to the show  or on-site. The discount deadline is January 14, 2010.  

Does a spouse pass allow admission into the workshops/seminars?
No, an Exhibit Hall spouse pass allows admission into the Exhibit Hall only. If spouses are interested in attending the workshops and seminars they must register for them.

I am a NAPSA Member. How do I register for the free/discounted seminars and workshops?
Simply PRE-REGISTER ONLINE and choose the workshop/seminar that says “NAPSA”.  Your special NAPSA pricing will be shown during the checkout process.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded (less a 20% cancellation penalty) if written notice is received by December 11, 2009. After December 11, 2009 all cancellations are non-refundable. Substitutions can be made at anytime.

Are children allowed into the expo?
In order to maintain a business oriented environment, no persons under 16 will be admitted. This includes the workshops, seminars and exhibit hall.
